Managing your subscription

You can now plan your deliveries ahead through the calendar available on your account. If you are not able to receive a delivery at any day, just mark it off. We won’t deliver your box that day!

The order process and re-billing for Tuesday delivery

We currently need three days to order and assemble all of the ingredients (we don’t like waste). So, to receive your order on Tuesday you have to subscribe before Friday 11:59PM. If you miss the delivery cut-off, your box will be delivered to you the following Tuesday.
Current customers can expect to be re-billed on Friday four days before delivery, so if you would like to pause your box for the following weekend, please get in touch with us before this day.

We currently need three days to order and assemble all of the ingredients (we don’t like waste). So, to receive your order on Saturday you have to subscribe before Tuesday 11:59PM. If you miss the delivery cut-off, your box will be delivered to you the following Saturday.

Pausing and cancellation of orders for Saturday delivery

To cancel please visit the Login area, choose 'Edit your subscription' and cancel the relevant one. Please bear in mind that we renew subscriptions and take payment on the Tuesday before the Saturday delivery. This is because we currently require a three-days window to prepare the boxes, whilst preventing over ordering and waste. If you’d like to pause your subscription, please change your calendar settings by Monday 11:59PM or alternatively email us at [email protected] with the number of cycles you’d like to miss.

My box didn’t arrive, what shall I do?

If you didn’t receive your box on Saturday, please wait until Monday mid-day before contacting us, as all boxes will be automatically re-delivered.
If you have any issues with your delivery you can contact us or follow the link provided to you via email/SMS.

Can I subscribe for someone else?

Yes! Just tick the ‘This is gift’ box and indicate the shipping address and telephone number or email address of the person when you order.
You can also leave a personalised message.

I forgot to use my promotion code on my order, what shall I do?

I’ve just subscribed, when am I going to receive my first delivery?

If you have selected a Saturday delivery and registered by Tuesday 11:59PM, you will receive your box on Saturday. If you have registered after Tuesday, then a box will be delivered to you the following Saturday.

If you have selected a Tuesday delivery and registered by Friday 11:59PM, you will receive your box on Tuesday. If you have registered after Friday, then a box will be delivered to you the following Tuesday.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your address from the section “Your Subscription Settings”. If you are still in trouble, contact us at [email protected]

When will you charge my card?

Your account is debited once you sign up and then on the Tuesday before the Saturday delivery.

If you selected a Tuesday delivery then we will re-bill you on the Friday before the Tuesday delivery.

Is the payment secure?

Yes! We have upgraded our website and include a second layer of security to protect your information. A secure login process and strong encryption during the payment process is helping to prevent others from accessing your account information online and to avoid fraud.

I never receive your emails

We email you your shipping details and weekly newsletter with tips that you could be interested about. Check if we are not in your Spam/Junk mailbox. If we are, add [email protected] to your address book to ensure you won’t miss any information again!

What nutritional benefits can you expect from our recipes?

Fruit and veg are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and all-important fibre - which is vital for your digestive health and helping prevent heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. Superfoods are nutritionally phenomenal - enhancing our overall well-being due to their richness in antioxidants (such as beta-carotene, vitamins A, C, E, flavonoids and selenium) and omega-3 fatty acids. We know our stuff when it comes to nutrition, and we're excited to share that with you - from how smoothies can boost energy, mood and weight-loss, to their benefits for skin, hair and eye health.

How long do our ingredients last?

Our ingredients should be used within a week of delivery. Our Top Tips section has plenty of useful information to help you store and keep ingredients fresh.

What ingredients do we use?

Our recipes use both fruit and veg, the latter reducing the overall sugar content of each smoothie. We prioritise ingredients when they come into season, for both taste and reducing carbon emissions. Superfoods can range from (but not limited to) flaxseeds to turmeric. All of our recipes are vegan and gluten-free.

I received a damaged produce, what should I do?

We carefully hand pack the boxes to avoid these kind of problems, however, sometimes items bruise in transit. In the event of damage please take a picture of the product and send it to us at [email protected] We will try to work something out for you. Never eat a product that arrives already open.

A product is missing in my delivery, what shall I do?
